My order was 4018 and I received it in a timely fashion. However I received the wrong stone and emailed about it and never received a response.
I cannot even begin to explain how amazing this company has treated me. To save you the long read, I requested a last minute boost to try and get my order. We had an issue with delivery (not Brolo's fault!) and they did everything within their power to get my order to me! Along with a personal touch on my delivery receipt. Just wow. The product itself is so awesome and I have received compliments on my brolo already! Great product, I was looking for a neck hanger for my sunglasses that didnt pop up behind my head when I was wearing, saw an add one day while I was doom scrolling and it got me looking at the different designs. I went with the rams skull in bronze, shipping was faster than expected. Love the quality of workmanship put into it.
