11 Self Help Audiobook Classics for Brolonation
You are a CHAMPION!
These audiobooks will help you realize that. And when you start believing in your greatness, your life will never be the same.
Listen to these while in the car, walking, doing dishes, or whenever you can! You can’t listen to them too much
1) The Magic of Thinking Big by David Schwartz
"The biggest difference between successful people and unsuccessful people is the size of their dream and time."
Many people are not successful because they don't have dreams. The first step to getting what you want is defining what you want! And the bigger the dream the farther you will go. You can do it! Audiobook and free on YouTube!
2) See You at the Top by Zig Ziglar
"Success is not what you have done compared to what others have done. It is what you have done compared to what you COULD HAVE done"
This guy is my all-time favorite. Love his accent and humor! Let him give you a Check Up from the Neck Up and eliminate Stinkin' Thinkin' and Hardening of Attitudes. RIP Zig. Audiobook
3) Ask and It Is Given by Jerry and Ester Hicks
"What you want, wants you."
A classic explanation and how-to guide on the law of attraction. Definitely a little out there. But I am a firm believer. This one book above all else has helped me better understand and use my emotions. Know what you want, follow your heart, but trust your gut! Audiobook.
4) The Secret by Rhonda Byrne
"Everyone visualizes whether they know it or not. Visualizing is the great key to success."
5) The Strangest Secret by Earl Nightingale
"You become what you think about most of the time."
A classic 35 minute audio from 1957. Best half hour you could spend. YouTube.
6) The New Psycho-Cybernetics by Maxwell Maltz
"Your nervous system cannot tell the difference between a real experience and one that is vividly imagined.”
When your thinking is right the facts don't count! This book is a great guide to gaining confidence, which quickly brings results. With all the negative influences in our world, this book is a much needed technical refresher. Audible.
7) Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill
"Whatever the mind of man can conceive and bring itself to believe, it can achieve."
Look at the title again. THINK!!! And grow rich. Not work and grow rich. This is the self-help book that started it all. But this is actually the watered down version. The Law of Success in 16 Lessons is the original, but it is a tough read. Audiobook.
8) The Magic of Believing by Claude Bristol
"You must start with desire, keeping in mind that with the magic of believing you can obtain what you picture in your mind's eye."
Oldie but a goodie. If you don't believe it, it won't. Audiobook.
9) How To Win Friends And Influence People by Dale Carnegie
You have two ears and one mouth. Use them proportionally.
The first self-help book I ever read. Help enough people get what they want and you will get what you want. Audiobook.
10) The Power of Positive Thinking by Norman Vincent Peale
"Change your thoughts and you change the world"
Another self-help classic. Great explanation of how thoughts and prayers change your world. Audiobook.
11) Your Wish Is Your Command by Kevin Trudeau
"You can have, be, and do anything and everything you want. To become a Master you must master the basics."
The mainstream media and government has attacked KT pretty hard, but in my opinion he is a good person trying to improve the world. He has some serious skills explaining and summarizing all this information. And it is all free on YouTube. It is a series of 10 audios. The real magic starts at episode 5. The Global Information Network is no longer a thing, but they released all their audios to the public. Reach out if you want more.
Buying and listening to even just one of these books is going to be the best investment you have ever made! And it will bring me much joy. Listen to them as much as possible! You feed your stomach everyday, you should feed your mind (with positivity) everyday too.
"People often say motivation doesn't last. Well, neither does bathing, that's why we recommend it daily." - Zig Ziglar
P.S. I summarized all this info into 6 easy action steps. Knowledge is only power if it is used. Good luck.
